1. Introduction
Saoji Digital Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit our website or purchase our digital products.
Our products may include Excel templates, Canva templates, e-books, and other downloadable digital resources.
By using our website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required, we will request it separately.
2. Digital Products
Our products are delivered electronically through a download link, email, or another method specified at checkout. Please review each product’s description, features, file format, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
3. Eligible Refund Requests
We may review refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Failed delivery: You completed payment but did not receive access to your purchased product.
- Defective or inaccessible file: The file is corrupted or cannot reasonably be accessed, and we cannot resolve the problem through troubleshooting or a replacement.
- Product materially differs from its description: The product supplied is significantly different from what was advertised, subject to applicable law.
4. Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Available
Subject to your legal rights, refunds may not be available merely because you change your mind, no longer need a product, or find that a correctly described product does not meet your personal preferences.
We may also consider whether a problem results from unsupported software, incompatible devices, or failure to meet clearly stated technical requirements.
These conditions do not override any mandatory refund or cancellation rights.
5. Cancellation Requests
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not been fulfilled, we will review whether cancellation is possible. Once digital content has been delivered or access has begun, your cancellation rights may depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of your purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through our Contact Us page or email saojidigitalsolutions@gmail.com.
Please provide:
- Your name and purchase email address.
- Your order number or transaction reference.
- The product purchased and date of purchase.
- A description of the problem.
- Relevant screenshots or payment evidence, if available.
Please do not send passwords or full payment card details.
7. Refund Processing
We may first offer troubleshooting, restored download access, or a replacement file where appropriate and legally permitted.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.
8. Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a transaction was unauthorized, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details. You may also contact your payment provider where appropriate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our products, business practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes will not remove rights that customers already have under applicable law.
